We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to provide temporary support on a high-profile industrial project. You will work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, communication, and collaboration are essential. This mission is well-suited for a freelancer or self-employed professional with a background in contract management for large-scale industrial assignments.

Over de functie

You will assist the project team with:

Preparing and managing contract variations
Reviewing and analyzing contractual documentation
Drafting formal letters to the client and correspondence with the Owner’s Agents (OAs)
Tracking obligations, milestones, and deadlines
Identifying risks and opportunities within the contractual framework

Wat wij vragen

Your Profile

Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role within construction or industrial projects
Skilled in drafting variations and formal communications
Detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Available at short notice for a part-time engagement
