Your Impact as Process Engineering Manager

In this key leadership position, you take charge of the reliability, quality, and safety of all production and packaging processes. With your technical expertise and coaching mindset, you guide the Process Engineering team toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Process Engineers to optimize production processes and packaging lines.
Safeguard and enhance the reliability, quality, and safety of all installations and processes.
Support operators with hands-on technical knowledge and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and involvement.
Analyze, improve, and upgrade production flows together with your team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce downtime.

Wat wij vragen

Who You Are

You have proven experience as a team leader of engineers or technical experts.
You communicate fluently in French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch or English is a strong plus.
Experience in the food industry is essential.
You excel in people management and know how to motivate, coach, and align a team.
You think in processes: identifying bottlenecks, spotting opportunities, and connecting the dots comes naturally to you.
Hands-on, pragmatic, solution-oriented, you love turning challenges into improvements.

Gross salary dependent on experience.
