Today, we are looking for a Solution Line Manager Low Voltage to complete our sales team.

Over de functie

As a technical expert, you will support the sales, production, and after-sales processes within our power solutions department. After a short but intensive training, you will be responsible for:

Developing complex product designs and preparing offers in close collaboration with Inside Sales.
Full follow-up of offers, from start to completion.
Defending technical aspects of offers during customer discussions when necessary.
Creating strong sales arguments, documentation, and price lists to support the sales team and achieve goals together.
Establishing and monitoring pricing and margin policies.
Preparing and executing an effective product marketing plan.
Continuously monitoring the market, actively seeking new products and opportunities.
Following market innovations and translating these innovations into existing products and solutions.
Developing and executing promotional campaigns; determining content and actively participating in trade fairs, seminars, training sessions, and promotional activities.

Wat wij vragen

You have a degree in industrial engineering in electricity, electronics, or electromechanics, or you have extensive experience as a bachelor in electrical engineering within an industrial environment.
You have in-depth knowledge of low-voltage systems (both direct current, alternating current, and transformers) or you are motivated to master this quickly.
Modern energy technologies are familiar to you.
You are socially skilled and have a commercial mindset.
You think in solutions and are innovative in your approach.
Continuous learning and further developing yourself is essential to you.
You take responsibility and show ownership in your work.
You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English (both spoken and written).
