How long do we keep your personal data?
Retention periods depend on applicable legal requirements.
If you are a candidate who was not placed or employed by us:
As a job seeker, your data (name, address, gender, email, phone number, date of birth, CV, work experience, education, etc.) is stored in our GDPR-compliant candidate database.
This data is collected either via direct contact or registration on our website, with your explicit consent.
We may also collect your data if publicly accessible or published on social media (e.g., LinkedIn), indicating that you could be a suitable contact.
Your data will only be shared with clients (employers) if you explicitly agree, for the purpose of matching you with a job opportunity.
We may also share your data with third-party assessment providers.
Recruitment services may use your data for reference checks or background verifications.
Your data remains available for up to 5 years after the last contact, with renewal requests sent annually by email. You can choose a different retention period by notifying us.

Winsearch NV is part of the French HR group PROMAN, along with Agilitas Group.
Candidate data may be accessed by PROMAN companies (including Agilitas Group) for legitimate interest, only with the candidate’s consent for selection procedures.
